  • At Plum, we care about the premium quality of our products. We only accept return of goods under some reasonable circumstances. The below terms apply to retail orders.


Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event you have received goods that are defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can organize the prompt replacement or refund (if applicable) of your goods. Please supply a photo and your proof of purchase in your communication.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind for any reason, you may return the product unused and unopened, in its original condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase, for a refund.

We do Not Accept Change of Mind Returns for:
Personal use products such as hand sanitisers and skin care related goods
Items purchased during online sale events, bundles or from our sale page
Items damaged through normal wear and tear
Items with damaged or opened packaging
Used items or items without their original packaging​

Please note that if we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition (ie damaged item or packaging), we reserve the right to decline a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Please indicate the reason for return, your invoice number, and the preferred action you would like to see taken.​

Postage will not be refunded for a change of mind and the return postage is to be covered at your own cost. We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order through the website for the replacement product you are after.

We do not replace or refund items purchased from stockists or resellers outside for change of mind purchases.

Please contact the store or merchant you purchased the product from directly and find out about their return policy.

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately.

Due to the fast turnaround on orders, please note that we do not accept cancellations or modification for orders that have already been shipped and that in some instances it may be too late to cancel.
