Sizes are recommendations only, to ensure a good fit for containment, waist & leg bands should be snug yet comfortable.
TIP For an extra level of containment, most swim schools recommend wearing a disposable swim nappy under the reusable swim nappy. Our design allows room for that extra nappy underneath.
